JAMB Direct Entry is mainly for those that already possess a diploma certificate and wishes to go for a degree programme in the university. Normally, those who gained admission into the university via direct entry will start from part 2 or 200 level in their university of choice provided they were offered admission.

Will 2024 DE Students Sit For JAMB (Why The Novel)?

JAMB direct (DE) entry candidates are more likely not to sit for JAMB examination. However, JAMB has announced that schools are at liberty to set aptitude tests for candidates who apply for direct entry there.

Therefore, any school that decides to set exams for their DE candidates will adapt questions from the JAMB recommended novel in addition to other subjects offered by the candidate.

HOW TO APPLY FOR 2024 JAMB DIRECT ENTRY.

1. Create Jamb direct entry profile. See how to create jamb profile here.
2. Go to any approved bank or Jamb CBT Center to get an E-Pin. keep as confidential your security details such as registration numbers, password/numbers of ATM Cards, e-mail addresses and E-Pins.
3. Each candidate must personally create a JAMB profile on the JAMB portal by clicking here. This is the first stage of Jamb 2024/2025 DE Registration.
4. Registration will be done at Jamb approved cbt centres.
5. Each Candidate is to collect his e-slip at the end of registration as evidence of registration.
6. As it is the practice, centres are allowed to charge not more than ₦700 as registration fee.

G. REGISTRATION PROCESS AT CBT CENTRES:

The candidate presents the ePIN at any JAMB accredited CBT Centre for completion of registration. The name of the candidate as typed by the candidate on his/her phone when registering the profile comes up automatically on the input of the e-PIN by the CBT centre

Candidates are to:

1. Pay NOT more than N700 as Service Charge to the CBT Centre
2. Provide Biodata including Date of Birth, Nationality, State of Origin, Local Government, Gender, e-mail address, among others
3. Provide choice of institutions and programmes (disciplines)
4. Provide qualification with grades and dates, if not awaiting result

How To Create JAMB Direct Entry Profile 2024/2025 Code

Just use your own phone number when you want to get your jamb profile.

Just send your surname, first name and middle name to 55019.

Fifty naira (₦50) will be deducted from your credit.

You will receive a message from jamb, this message will contain your jamb 2024 profile code.

Please don’t delete that message, also write the jamb profile code somewhere.

How Can I Correct My Name In JAMB

Sometimes people make the mistake of using misspelt or wrong names to register.

Avoid making this mistake, because it will cost you some money.

You can also correct your name on jamb portal, but that will be only after exam.

Go to the cbt center that you registered for jamb, and take at least ₦4,000 along.

How Do I Correct My O Level Result Details

You can correct your o level details after the examination.

It is possible for you to change your o level result details.
