What are the admissions requirements for UCF? While there are many components to a college application, you should concentrate on only a few key points:

UCF GPA Requirements

Many schools specify a minimum GPA requirement, but this is frequently just the bare minimum to submit an application without being rejected right away.

SAT Score Choice Policy

Your school’s Score Choice policy is an important component of your testing strategy.

UCF has a “Highest Section” Score Choice policy.

This is also referred to as “superscoring.” This means you can select which SAT tests to send to the school.

Your application readers will consider your highest section scores across all SAT test dates you submit out of all the scores they receive.

As a result, if your SAT superscore is currently less than 1259, we strongly advise you to consider studying for the SAT and retaking it. You have a good chance of improving your score, which will increase your chances of admission significantly.

Even if UCF claims to have no minimum ACT requirement, if you apply with a 25 or lower, you’ll have a very difficult time getting in unless you have something else very impressive in your application.

Because there are so many applicants with scores of 27 and higher, a 25 will appear academically weak.

ACT Score Sending Policy

If you take the ACT instead of the SAT, you have a significant advantage in how you send scores, which has a significant impact on your testing strategy.
