This is to advise all prospective students that they have published the names of applicants who have been given provisional admission on FEDPOFFA portal. You must, however, read this page to learn more about how to use the FEDPOFFA portal.

The Federal Polytechnic (FEDPOFFA)

The Federal Polytechnic, Offa came into existence in 1992. And it was through a Presidential pronouncement. Also, this was made at the palace of His Royal Highness Olofa of Offa; Oba Mustapha Olawoore Olanipekun Ariwajoye 11.

Furthermore, the pronouncement was made by President Ibrahim Babangida during a state visit in 1991. Additionally, the Polytechnic is proud to maintain an Online Culture.

Most of its activities, such as Payment of School Fees, Registration of Courses, Hostel accommodation, are performed online via the Schools Web Portal.

FEDPOFFA Portal for Checking FEDPOFFA ND Admission List

This is to inform all the candidates that took part in the Federal Polytechnic, Offa (FEDPOFFA) online post UTME screening exercise that they can now check their admission status.

FEDPOFFA admission list contains the names of candidates admitted into the polytechnic various ND Full-time programmes. To access this list, follow the information below:

1. Go to the OFFAPOLY admission status checking portal @ http://portal.fpo.edu.ng/Default.aspx?tabid=162.

1. Provide your application number in the required column.

2. Finally, click on continue to access your OFFAPOLY admission status.

FEDPOFFA HND Admission Programmes

The management of the Federal Polytechnic, Offa (FEDPOFFA), Kwara State, is now selling forms for admission into its various Higher National Diploma (HND) morning and evening programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

As such, they invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) full-time and part-time programmes of the Federal Polytechnic, Offa for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The under-listed two (2) years of four (4) semesters Full-time evening programmes leading to the award of Higher National Diploma are available.

Please note that the HND Full-Time (evening) programmes are primarily for the working class. Who, for the reason of employment, cannot attend regular HND morning programmes.

FEDPOFFA HND Admission Entry Requirements

The entry requirements for all Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes are as follows:

1. Candidates are required to Possess National Diploma (ND), National Innovative Diploma (NID) in their chosen programme.

Additionally, it should not be a grade below LOWER CREDIT Classification from a recognised/accredited Polytechnic, Mono-technic or Innovation Enterprise Institutions.

2. SSCE, GCE O’level with at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics got at not over two (2) sittings.

3. Also, the National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with credit level pass in a trade plus four relevant academic subjects, which must include English Language and Mathematics.

4. Additionally, candidates are required to have at least one-year post-National Diploma Industrial Training experience.

However, candidates with pass grades at the ND/NID are eligible for consideration for admission provided they have a minimum of two (2) years post Industrial Training experience.

How to Apply for FEDPOFFA HND Admission

To apply online for HND (FT) and Part-Time HND programmes, candidates are to visit this Polytechnic portal: www.fpo.edu.ng. Also, click on admission to fill the application form.

Additionally, thereafter make payment of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only for the application form and no other charges shall be required.

Candidates are to also upload a scanned copy of the certificate (s)/result(s) and other required documents as stated online.

How to Apply for FEDPOFFA HND Admission without JAMB

Candidates without JAMB registration number are to first log in to jamb.gov.ng. There, they are to complete the procedure to apply for admission into the Federal Polytechnic Offa.

Also, you are to pay the application fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (₦ 3,500) to get the JAMB Registration Number. Follow the steps below:

1. Log on to JAMB CAPS website and register.

2. Pay a sum of N3,500 to enable you to obtain a JAMB registration number. (Can be easily done from JAMB approved CBT centres).

Please note that any Candidate who does not comply with the above method of application cannot be offered admission into The Federal Polytechnic Offa.

This is because their data will not be on Jamb Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

Also, where admissions are processed. Candidates are to also upload scanned copies of their certificate (s)/result(s) and other required documents as stated online.

Check FEDPOFFA Portal for Admission Screening

All candidates are to upload their results; certificates/credentials on the portal of the Polytechnic www.fpo.edu.ng. Also, candidates must fill the security form on the Polytechnic portal.

NOTE that failure to comply with this procedure leads to disqualification of such candidates. And false claims shall lead to forfeiture of the admission at any time same is discovered.

Also, candidates are enjoined to visit this Polytechnic’s Portal www.fpo.edu.ng for entry requirements for programmes of their choice and other relevant information.
