Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Ogun State College Of Health Technology (OSCOHTECH), llese- Ijebu, Certificate, Diploma, National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in health and health related programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.
OSCOHTECH General Admission Requirements
- The admission requirements for any of our National Diploma (ND) Programme is a minimum of five (5) credits O/level passes, in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physic and Biology obtain in WAEC/NECO or NABTEB in not more than two (2) sittings. However, all applicants for National Diploma (ND) programme should also endeavour to obtain JAMB form.
- Details of each programme requirements are explicitly stated below. Applicants are advised to carefully read the requirements before making their application as error in the choice of course by applicants will not be tolerated.
- Applicants awaiting results are free to apply. Such applicants should indicate AR in the column for O/Level Results on the Application Form. However, the O/Level Results being awaited must be ready before admission exercise as no student would be considered for admission without O/Level Results.
- The requirements for admission into Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes includes; National Diploma (ND) not lower than Lower Credit in relevant course/programme in addition to the Good O/Level requirements stated in (1) above.

| 1 | ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN | 3 Years | Five Passes which must include (3) Credit Passes in any of the following subject, English Language, Biology, Health Science, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing and any other subject, Mathematics would be an added advantage. |
| 2 | WATER AND SANITATION TECHNOLOGY National Diploma (ND) in Water and Sanitation Technology | 2 Years | Five (5) ‘O’ Level Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geography/Biology and one relevant subject at WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in not more than two (2) sittings. |
| 3 | NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) in Environmental Health Technology | 2 Years | Five (5) ‘O’ Level Credits in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two (2) sittings. |
| 4 | HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) in Environmental Health Technology | 2 Years | Holders of Good National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Technology with at least Lower Credit. | 2 | DIPLOMA IN NUTRITION & DIETETICS | 2 Years | Five (5) ‘O’ Level Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Geography and Chemistry from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in not more than two (2) sittings. |
| 3 | COMMUNITY HEALTH (ND) | 3 Years | (A.) Holder of WASCE, SSCE, NECO or GCE O/L with (5) credit at not more than two sittings, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. (B.) Junior Community Heath Extension Worker (JCHEW) with (2) years post qualification experience in addition to the above requirement mentioned and Applicant must be registered with the Community Health Practitioner Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN) and Possess a valid Practice License. |

National Diploma/Professional Diploma (Technician) Professional License to Practice by HRORBN (C.) Evidence of Completion of One Year Relevant Work Experience in an accredited Health Institution approved by the Board for National Diploma Candidate Only. (D.) Candidates with a Pass (2.00-2.49) at the ND Level with two (2) or more year Post ND Cognate Work experience. |
