KogWe state university is located in a town called Anyigba which is a popular and busy town in the state. This prestigious institution was founded and established by Prince Abubakar Audu.
It will interest to know that KogWe state university is relatively new institution unlike most states universities that were established around 1980s, KogWe state university was established in 1999 although academic activities began a year later which was in 2000
Ever since it establishment, KogWe state university Anyigba has attracted thousands of Nigerians not only within the state but outside which has made the state university a hot cake.
