UNICAL Academic Calendar – After about ten months of school closure, the University of Calabar is set to resume! The revised academic calendar for UNICAL first and the second semester, 2024 academic session is now available on our site. Read on to see below.
This is to inform all the students of the University of Calabar (UNICAL) that the management of the institution has not yet released the revised academic calendar for the first and second semester, 2024 academic session.
However, below is the academic calendar for the 2024/2025 session, we are not certain if the same pattern will be followed for the next session, nevertheless, We will keep you posted as soon as we get the accurate Calendar.

- Monday 1st – Exams Begin for Pre-degree and Final Year Students
- Saturday 6th – Exams End for Pre-degree and Final Year Students
- Monday 8th – Exams Begin for GSS Courses
- Saturday 13th – Exams End for GSS Courses
- Monday 15th – First Semester Exams Begin for all except CES Students
- Wednesday 17th – INAUGURAL LECTURE
